

Mel's passion for strategic marketing and market and social research was ignited at Monash University while she was studying marketing and psychology. Over the last six years, Mel has developed particular expertise in benchmarking research and strategy consulting with Beaton and has managed the client feedback program at leading law firm Allens Arthur Robinson. Mel leads our Annual Business and Professions Study and manages the Beaton Benchmarks suite of products in law, engineering, accounting and other professional services. Most recently, she successfully launched Beaton's New Zealand engineering benchmarking study. In addition, Mel works extensively with professional associations, drawing on her insights into their particular business needs. She is completing the MBA at Melbourne Business School.
