Rebecca Sheils

Director of Research

As Director of Research, Rebecca is responsible for developing and growing Beaton's Research and Benchmarks Practice. Rebecca is a psychologist, has a PhD in clinical psychology and has several years of practical experience working as a psychologist. She has extensive qualitative and quantitative research experience on a wide range of government and private sector projects from which she has built up strong expertise in customer, stakeholder and employee research. Her expertise primarily lies in services and business-to-business research.
