

With over 15 years' research experience across a range of industries, Rebecca has developed expertise in customer, stakeholder and employee research in B2B services. She is responsible for Beaton's benchmarking practice in financial services and has played the lead role in launching the Beaton IFA Classification, a market segmentation of independent financial advisers, and the Beaton IFA Market Pulse, a quarterly omnibus survey of financial advisers. Rebecca also continues to work closely with professional service firms and associations. Prior to joining Beaton, Rebecca served as the Australian Executive Director of Ipsos Loyalty. Her qualifications include BAppSc(Hons), BSc(Hons) and PhD(Psychology) degrees. She is a full member of the Australian Social and Market Research Society and is a registered psychologist.
