

With 10 years' experience consulting to professional service firms, Tristan has advised firms on staff engagement, brand positioning, client service excellence, leadership and culture change. His practice includes delivering Beaton Benchmark results for accounting, engineering and law firms, and consulting on strategies to attract and retain clients, and improve pricing. He also helps clients design and implement client feedback systems in order to enhance firms' responsiveness to the changing needs of their clients. Tristan has particular experience in conducting staff-engagement and employer-branding studies, assisting firms to improve their ability to attract, motivate and retain quality people. Tristan holds tertiary qualifications in Law and Economics from ANU, and in organisational change from RMIT.
