2011 Annual Business and Professions Study (ABPS)

Beaton will soon launch its 2011 ABPS with the support of over 25 professional associations and member organisations. Now in its eighth year, the study contributes to the continued success and development of the Australian professional and business community in a number of different ways:

• Examination of member satisfaction of professional associations and member organisations.
• Benchmarking of professional service firm performance as rated by their clients.
• Determination of the BRW Client Choice Award winners and finalists – the best professional service firms in Australia as rated by those who matter most – clients. See the BRW website for more details on applying for the awards.
• Exploration of the employer brands of professional service firms.
• Research into a pro bono topic of relevance to the broader business community.

The survey will go live in November 2010 with outputs to be reported from March 2011 onwards.
