For more than 20 years, Margaret has advised and consulted to senior leaders in professional service firms, universities and government agencies, and to corporate executives and boards.
A co-founder of Beaton Research + Consulting, she specialises in executive coaching and small group learning forums to identify and develop leaders and build bench-strength across organisations at multiple levels.
Margaret holds BA(Hons), MA and PhD degrees from the universities of the Witwatersrand and Melbourne, and is a registered organisational psychologist.
She has been an Associate and Senior Fellow in both the Business and Law Schools of the University of Melbourne. Margaret is also a Director of Beaton Executive Coaching.
